As a Manager, Agility Marketing you will connect business objectives with consumer insights to create compelling brand narratives, marketing initiatives, and go-to-market strategies. WHAT OUR MANAGER, AGILITY MARKETING ENJOY MOST

  • Developing and executing brand strategies, creative campaigns, and product positioning that resonate with target audiences.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and sales teams to craft compelling consumer experiences.
  • Leveraging consumer insights and customer journey mapping to drive marketing and branding decisions.
  • Rapidly prototyping and launching campaigns, messaging, and creative assets to test and iterate in real time.
  • Staying ahead of trends in technology, IoT, mobile networks, and connectivity - translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborating with content and entertainment teams to develop storytelling and programming strategies that drive engagement.

You'll develop pitch decks, creative briefs, and brand guidelines to align internal teams and external partners while monitoring industry trends, competitor movements, and audience behavior to inform innovation and strategic pivots. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or a related field within agencies, startups, or brand teams 5+ years.
    Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
    Technical skills: Deep understanding of consumer psychology, customer journeys, and brand positioning. Passion for technology, IoT, mobile networks, and connectivity. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and launching campaigns from the ground up.
  • Skills: Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized. Self-motivated. Experience in entertainment, media, or programming.
  • Abilities: Can develop and execute innovative brand strategies in fast-moving environments. Can translate technical concepts into compelling consumer narratives. Can sell ideas internally and externally.
  • Travel ability: Office environment
