Meet the Team

From within the Revenue Operations Organization, you will work closely with key stakeholders from performance marketing, sales operations, data science, and other internal teams to leverage data to help lead smarter business decisions with real impact. You'll also work directly with Performance Marketing team campaign and program managers to ensure that everything is set up and in place to execute and measure multiple integrated programs and email performance - driving campaign and program execution and operational efficiencies to ensure flawless execution.

Our Marketing Operations Specialist will help drive our marketing and sales experience by improving the scalability, automation and integration of our systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as marketing automation expert to the business, listening to the needs of stakeholders to understand what they are trying to accomplish and offer smart, trackable solutions
  • Manage database health
  • Partner with performance marketing and sales operations to ensure best practices are in place for the development and operationalization of long-term demand gen, ABM, and reporting standards in Marketing Automation
  • Develop, operationalize, and optimize Silicon Labs email communications alongside the operations and performance marketing teams
  • Understand and improve lead capture throughout the website via forms with an aim to grow the marketable database
  • Work with IT resources to improve the performance, placement, and trackability of leads throughout the website
  • Implement automated marketing email/outbound campaigns, i.e. invites to events/webinars, drip & nurture programs and customer communication across our business units
  • Work with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure flawless end-to-end campaign execution
  • Build marketing automation programs that align with the lead lifecycle and sales processes
  • Provide reporting and campaign analytics to measure program success and how to optimize
  • Manage and optimize email database elements - list selection, email development (content from program manager), testing and approval process


Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, computer science, mathematics or other relevant discipline and 3+ years experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role
  • 3+ years of conducting data analysis, interpreting results and reporting findings
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo or other enterprise-level marketing automation systems - Marketo experience required
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Platforms (SFDC)
  • Proven success delivering and optimizing email programs and processes
  • Understanding of business process development and improvement initiatives including data analysis, mining and warehousing, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies
  • Experience creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards


The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
  • Experience with 6sens
  • Experience with building data sources and dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360)

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $84,083 - $156,155 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
