Summary and Role Purpose
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various marketing projects from conception to completion. The primary area of focus of this role will be administration of our project management tool, Monday.com, and project management of our foundational marketing activities. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Monday.com according to develop an integrated ecosystem that fits the specific needs and requirements of different teams but rolls up to give an overarching view. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Platform Configuration and Customization:
- Configure Monday.com boards, workflows, automations, and integrations to ensure the information works as a parent-child relationship.
- Ownership of our Marketing Activity Calendar
- Customize board layouts, views, and widgets to optimize usability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for utilizing Monday.com features and functionalities.
User Management and Support:
- Onboard new users onto the Monday.com platform, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage user permissions, roles, and access rights to ensure data security and privacy.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
Workflow Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process automation.
- Design and implement workflow enhancements, including the creation of custom automations and integrations.
- Monitor and analyze platform usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Integration and Data Management:
- Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Platform Administration:
- Maintain and administer Monday.com platform settings, configurations, and licenses.
- Stay updated on platform updates, new features, and best practices, implementing changes and enhancements as appropriate.
- Conduct regular audits of the platform to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with Monday.com
- 3+ Proven years' experience in campaign management, project management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
