  • Perform data cleansing tasks to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement data augmentation, transformation, and normalization programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data requirements and deliver integrated solutions to address cross-functional data challenges
  • Monitor and analyze data quality performance metrics
  • Identify areas for improvement and successfully implement data quality enhancements

What you bring to the role

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in marketing operations and data management, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education and experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field, such as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, will be considered.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, advanced marketing and reporting tools, and data sets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data management technique, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • Experience with data orchestration tools, such as Openprise is a plus
  • Ability to write SQL, or interest in learning

In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our {insert location} office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
