Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as the Head of Marketing for Ireland. This position, based in our Dublin office, will have a strong tie to the UK&I Global Marketing & Sales Excellence leadership team (with direct reporting lines) as well as the Ireland Country Leadership team (with strong dotted line reporting to the Ireland Country President). This provides a phenomenal opportunity for a marketing leader that excels in cross-functional collaboration across all facets of the marketing mix. This leader will have support and access to numerous subject matter experts in brand, communications, offer, channel, and segment marketing that will provide a strong support network. Acting as a member of the zone marketing leadership team and the Ireland country management team the role ensures that the voice of customer/market is always heard for the Irish market, enabling and accelerating growth for Ireland.

Head of Marketing Ireland Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: This role is an essential local representation of marketing within the Ireland leadership team and a key connection point to access needed skills and support. Vibrant and collaborative relationships across multiple layers of the organisation will be essential to success, as well as good communication and influencing skills with key stakeholders.

• Ireland Marketing Strategy: Coordination with the UK&I Zone Marketing teams, Ireland Leadership and Sales Teams to design, implement and manage the marketing strategy that contributes towards the business's ambitious growth plans with associated marcom budget management.

• Communications: The Head of Marketing Ireland, in coordination and alignment with the Head of Brand & Communications UK&I, will be responsible for representing all aspects of brand communication, including thought leadership, media relations, social media, content creation, and employer branding / value proposition, and internal communications as it relates to the Irish

market. Strengthen the share of voice of Schneider Electric as an impact company and employer of choice.

• Segment & Channel Guidance: Lead the collaboration with the UK&I channel and segment teams to appropriately tailor and target the needs of the Irish market. Compiling information and plans from segment and channel into the holistic view for Ireland as well as ensuring that campaigns, promotions and launch activity are appropriately localised by central teams to deliver the most effective return on investment and customer engagement.

• Brand & Thought Leadership: Identifying the deploying the most appropriate and impactful opportunities to represent the Schneider Electric brand through thought leadership, associations, memberships, or Ireland government affairs.

Location Requirements

• The role will be based out of our Dublin location where we operate a hybrid working model.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand communications or a related role.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

• Ability to think strategically and creatively.

• Strong project management & organizational skills; attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
