About the Job
The Head of Marketing, Allergy will be responsible for the execution and performance of the Allergy strategy across all indications for HCPs in Allergy (AD, AS, CRSwNP, EoE, COPD, CSU). This role includes leadership of the Allergy marketing team to deliver on the overarching vision of boosting growth with allergists through a customer-first and innovative approach. This role will work closely with the Heads of Marketing across therapeutic areas team and cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Allergy marketing team. This individual will report to the Franchise Head, Rhinology, Allergy & Gastroenterology.

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the development, execution and performance of a holistic allergy strategy inclusive of all indications with marketing team.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the allergy marketing team to enable development, alignment and execution of strategy across all current and future Dupixent indications.
- Establish and champion a bold ambition focused on the Allergy specialist
- Own the allergy governance model across cross-functional partners ensuring alignment to market dynamics, strategy and execution
- Oversee performance tracking and KPI measurement framework for allergists across indications
- Key stakeholder to input into the commercial forecast related to allergists across indications in partnership with peer Marketing Heads
- Drive cross-functional development and execution of tactics related to allergists with market access / PSS teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop account-based approach for allergists; assess new commercial models to drive greater effectiveness with allergists
- Key strategic partner with the US medical and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across Allergy
- Key strategic partner with the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence on projects related to Allergy and Type 2 inflammation narrative
- Accountable for agency relationship to drive value, innovation and impact to support allergy strategy while maintaining a critical lens on expense.
- Inspire the team to embrace play to win behaviors in every aspect of their work.
- Champion simplification and make critical decisions to streamline and create efficiencies for marketing to allergists.

About You
Pivotal Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on commercial execution, marketing, franchise management, and business transformation.
- Immunology and launch experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape. Demonstrated experience in the US pharma and access environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, performance data and customer insights, to lead data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
- Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships.
- Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Dermatology, or Biologic experience is a plus.
