The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Consulting team you engage in employee listening and insights initiatives, focusing on employee lifecycle listening and assessments. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You manage positive client relationships, foster client satisfaction throughout projects, and present results to client teams, while experimenting with automation and digitization in a professional services environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
