The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Consulting team, you manage multiple projects and deadlines in a PBM Consulting role. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You analyze client's PBM contracts and pharmacy claim data to understand historical trends and suggest opportunities for savings initiatives, while building relationships with healthcare providers and clients to deliver impactful results.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience with Managed Care Organizations and/or Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM)
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Administration preferred
- Experience in PBM Consulting roles
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D and commercial pharmacy plans
- Developing clinical and financial strategies
- Building relationships with healthcare providers and policymakers
- Analyzing PBM contracts and pharmacy claim data
- Managing projects, budgets, and timelines
- Training and developing junior staff
- Innovating through new technologies and digitization solutions

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
