The Opportunity
You are applying for a Strategy and Transaction Services Deals Consulting Internship. An offer for this internship will also include an invitation to PwC's Women's Consulting Experience (pwc.com/wce).
As part of the Strategy and Transaction Services Deals Consulting team you are expected to support consulting solutions for clients. As an Intern/Trainee you are expected to support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC practices. You are expected to perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to consulting solutions for client engagements
- Participate actively in team projects and discussions
- Perform research and basic tasks to support project goals
- Acquire knowledge of PwC's strategic methodologies
- Observe and learn from professional work settings
- Support team initiatives with a proactive approach
- Build commercial awareness by understanding client needs
- Request and utilize feedback for personal development

What You Must Have
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree either as sophomores in a four-year degree program or juniors in a five-year degree program
- The Women's Consulting Experience (WCE) program is eligible to students who self-identify as female

What Sets You Apart
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Info Systems
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Success in industry or functional experience
- Developing strategic analyzes and client deliverables
- Building collaborative relationships with team members
- Analyzing business and industry trends
- Communicating complex information effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
Current or prior PwC interns are not eligible for the Women's Consulting Experience
Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.

The salary range for this position is: $37.00 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
