Baseline Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate student
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in the United State without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company

Internal Culture & Communication Intern
Responsibilities:
- Support the internal communications manager in developing and executing strategies to enhance company culture and employee engagement for the Industry Strategy & Marketing team
- Contribute to the planning and promotion of the company's working environment initiative - a program focused on improving the virtual work environment to boost alignment, collaboration, and team connections
- Assist with our new employee experience, including creating welcome materials, planning virtual events/activities, and gathering feedback from new hires
- Help organize and promote virtual events, meetings, and team building activities to foster connection and community among remote/hybrid employees
- Conduct research, gather employee feedback, and provide recommendations to improve internal communications channels and cultural initiatives
- Support the creation of internal communications content such as newsletters, intranet updates, and employee recognition programs
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of culture/communications programs and suggest areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Current student pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging content and experiences
- Proficient with virtual collaboration tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Interest in employee experience, workplace culture, and internal branding
This internship provides hands-on experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and organizational culture. It's a great opportunity to gain exposure to various communications and marketing functions within a corporate environment.
