Morgan Stanley Home Loans is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Field and National Sales Communications & Resource Development. This individual will report to the Executive Director in Product Management and will work closely with various employees across Home Loans and partner with other areas within the organization such as Marketing, Operations, Sales and Communications to ensure execution on a variety of communications including campaigns, new product launches and other communications that impact the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Create, refine, and publish Advisor and Sales communications that support campaigns and initiatives related to the residential mortgage product. Content may range from educational (Training or Quick Reference Guides), other internal reference materials/website pages, and communications on internal channels.
  • Ensure the Residential Mortgage Product is represented appropriately in client facing Marketing materials, and that the messaging is consistent with product strategy.
  • Engage with Product Owner/Sales/Marketing/US Banks Communications and other internal partners on campaign strategy to manage coordination and project execution of respective initiatives.
  • Partner with National Sales and Marketing to promote employee engagement in the residential mortgage product.
  • Assess efficacy of all materials, and work to improve and refine.
  • Manage a calendar for all Mortgage Field and Client facing communications.

Qualifications and Skills
  • University graduate with five or more years of working experience in communications, writing or relevant discipline.
  • Experience with residential mortgage products.
  • Experience with developing materials / communications for Wealth Management/Financial Advisors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Creative and has a passion for building a positive and engaged company culture.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated track record of ability to collaborate across a large organization within a variety of areas including Marketing, Communications, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Product Managers and Operations.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
