Description and Requirements
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Nurse to join TDC OHS team. The ideal candidate will oversee workplace health and wellness, provide basic medical care, and support Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives. This role is vital in promoting a healthy and safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Care:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain and administer medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine health assessments and manage medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
Employee Wellness:
- Plan and execute health promotion activities, including wellness seminars, vaccination drives, and stress management programs.
- Provide counseling and guidance on general health-related issues.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Support:
- Collaborate with the OHS specialist to implement and monitor workplace safety policies and programs.
- Conduct regular workplace health risk assessments.
- Educate employees about ergonomic practices and workplace hygiene.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate health records in compliance with Taiwan labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare health and safety reports for management review.
- Assist with health-related training programs for employees.
Qualifications:
- Education: Licensed nurse with a valid nursing certification in Taiwan.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in clinical nursing, occupational health, or a similar field. Experience in the tech or server industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor health regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office for record-keeping and reporting.
