The Affluent Events team interacts with the Banking & Wealth Teams to learn and understand their market needs in order to create upscale JPM FC pre- and post-grand opening client experiences.

As a JPMorgan Financial Center Event Strategy Lead within Consumer Bank Marketing, you will develop strategies and oversee the execution of 30 JPM Financial Centers' grand openings throughout the U.S. over a 1-year period. You will also run smaller events in the JPMorgan Financial Centers, averaging 4 events per year per center.

Job responsibilities

  • Interact with the Banking & Wealth Teams to learn and understand their market needs.
  • Arrange weekly meetings with the Market and Communications teams to develop JPM FC grand opening events.
  • Manage budgets, present business cases for approval, and process invoices for all events.
  • Work with JPM Financial Center teams to select dates and locations for all events, considering potential conflicts.
  • Find and evaluate event spaces and determine any additional items needed (chairs, tables, tablecloths, etc.).
  • Create invitations for advisors/bankers to invite clients.
  • Ship all materials before and after events.
  • Handle all registration of attendees before and after the event.
  • Keep a detailed calendar of all JPM Financial Center events.
  • Compile post-event analysis of all attendees, including type of clients, ROI, new clients, etc.
  • Work with the Communications team on follow-up thank you emails for advisors and bankers.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of event strategy and marketing experience.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and ability to travel 80% of the time.
  • Proficient in Excel with expertise in Pivot Tables, Word, and PowerPoint - able to create detailed presentations, and zKipster.
  • Understand the Affluent Market.
  • Travel a day in advance of all events and be onsite at all events from start to finish.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of Ad-Trax.
