Mission statement:
Lead the sales and marketing for Grid integration business unit in Singapore and regional for renewable business. Full ownership of achieving order received and order profitability targets overall. This includes early marketing and lead generation, direct customer sales as well as responsibility for tendering. This role is supporting regional segment led to achieve planned results and budget and is part of the core Grid Integration M&S leadership for the region. Responsible for renewable contracts with external customers. Develops marketing and pre-sales strategies and works closely with marketing, sales, and project management and tendering teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents. Negotiates contracts that are consistent with business objectives and engages in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes. Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations from contracting parties.

Your responsibilities:
- You will understand market and opportunities in renewable business under Grid Integration Solution, for both Singapore and regional, and produce action plans accordingly and implement sales strategy, identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for securing the opportunities.
- You will support monitor of competitor movement to formulate and implement appropriate strategies.
- You will understand customer need and promote product/ service offerings accordingly to customer requirements, responsible for Prebid queries and customer clarification and ensure positive customer experience throughout the whole selling process.
- You will support the development of strong relationships with key customers, build and maintain solid relationship with key decision makers ensure efficient marketing communication, ensure successful outcome of contract and proposal through solution presentation and negotiation, communication with all functional department (i.e. but not limited to project management, engineering, global technical team, factories, tendering team, regional sales) to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- You will close collaboration with regional sales lead to support each other for opportunities pursuit and business expansion, prepare sales proposal following the tools available, identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels and take ownership of the sales processes, all relevant training and development plan and program.

Your background:
- You hold degree or Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience in power system experience.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in electrical equipment with proven track record.
- Past experience in similar industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent risk and contract management.
- Able to work in team and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You will work with cross BU personnel to build on mutual trust and collaboration.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and experience on customer management.
