This full-time, on-site role involves managing the commercial CT7/T700 Aftermarket Portfolio and Strategy, including the TrueChoice service products. The Aftermarket Leader and Customer Support Manager will ensure that all functional, business, and financial objectives are met, working collaboratively across various teams to support the CT7/T700 customers.

  • Manage the commercial CT7/T700 Aftermarket Portfolio and Strategy, including TrueChoice CT7 and T700 service products.
  • Engage with customers at all levels, from maintainers to CEOs, ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Meet functional, business, and financial objectives for the Truechoice service product.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Risk, Product Support Engineers, and Customer Support Managers.
  • Lead strategy development for commercial aftermarket services, driving growth and marketing & sales campaigns.
  • Manage the global fleet of GE Owned and Leased back spare engine pool and rotable modules and LRUs.
  • Interpret industry trends and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Identify and manage complex issues, utilizing FLIGHT DECK lean processes.
  • Design innovative solutions for business and customers within existing constraints.
  • Lead functional teams or projects and communicate complex concepts effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

An experienced individual with a strong background in commercial product management, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build trust with customers at all levels. They should possess strong technical and business acumen.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in commercial product management equivalent to a Master's degree or relevant experience with a high school diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading products/services with expertise in documentation, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong aptitude for learning or leveraging FLIGHT DECK competencies.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trust and rapport with customers, including regulatory agencies.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and program management skills.

Additional Information:

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
  • Work Shift: To be determined.
  • Screening Requirements: Background and drug screening.
