We are searching for an experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to become a part of our organization, focusing on Business Analyst and support-centric roles.
In this position, you will collaborate extensively with various stakeholders to gather and validate operational and Salesforce technical requirements. Moreover, you will provide active support to end-users within a dynamic and high-speed setting, utilizing ZenDesk to handle configuration, usability, support, and data challenges.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Transform business objectives into user stories
- Oversee end-user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of business systems
- Offer daily assistance to users by resolving Salesforce issues and handling support inquiries
- Perform Salesforce administrative duties
- Apply problem-solving skills to devise and execute Salesforce solutions
- Participate in essential client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing
- Deliver training to end-users
