We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team, tasked with performing Business Analyst and support-based responsibilities.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand and validate operational and Salesforce technical requirements. You will also provide dynamic end-user support in a fast-paced environment, using ZenDesk to resolve configuration, usability, support, and data issues.

Responsibilities
- Identify, validate, and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders
- Convert business objectives into user stories
- Facilitate end-user acceptance testing to assure quality of business systems
- Provide daily support to users by troubleshooting Salesforce issues and managing support requests
- Handle Salesforce administrative functions
- Utilize problem-solving skills to develop and implement Salesforce solutions
- Engage in key meetings with clients, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct end-user training

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Background in Salesforce CPQ
- Flexibility to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Familiarity with ZenDesk for managing support and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
