Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units and the staffing team, to identify and prioritize recruitment needs
- Develop a robust pipeline of candidates for diverse technical roles
- Handle the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offering employment
- Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract elite candidates
- Provide project and business teams with well-screened candidates, offering crucial insights to aid their selection process
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team by generating key recruitment metrics and reports
- Participate in efforts to enhance and streamline the recruitment process
- Act as a representative of the company at employer branding events such as Tech Talks, job fairs, and conferences to enhance recruitment efforts
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with experience in both agency and in-house settings being advantageous
- Proficiency in managing the entire range of recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to offer extension
- Experience in effectively collaborating with internal teams or agency clients, managing priorities and addressing escalations
- Skilled in various candidate sourcing techniques, including the use of HR/recruitment databases and social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Committed to providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment cycle
- Proficient in managing all administrative tasks within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Independent and proactive, capable of excelling both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to task management
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with a minimum B2 level proficiency, ensuring clear communication
- Familiarity with niche technologies or specialized IT areas for targeted candidate engagement
- Experience using advanced recruitment tools or platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and assessment
- Participation in creative employer branding initiatives that extend beyond traditional events, showcasing innovation in attracting top talent
