- Work closely with different stakeholders, including business units and the staffing team, to understand and prioritize recruitment needs
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for various technical positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to the final job offer
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top candidates
- Supply project and business teams with well-screened candidates, providing insights to support their decision-making
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by generating key recruitment metrics and reports
- Engage in initiatives to improve and refine the recruitment strategies
- Represent the company at various employer branding events such as Tech Talks, job fairs, and conferences to boost recruitment efforts
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with experience in both agency and in-house settings being beneficial
- Proficient in handling all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams or agency clients, managing priorities and handling escalations efficiently
- Experienced in utilizing various candidate sourcing strategies, including HR/recruitment databases and social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Committed to delivering excellent service throughout the recruitment cycle
- Skilled in managing administrative functions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Independent and motivated, able to perform well both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to task management
- Proficient in spoken and written English at a B2 level or higher, to ensure effective communication
- Knowledge of niche technologies or specialized IT domains for targeted candidate sourcing
- Experience with advanced recruitment tools or platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Involvement in innovative employer branding initiatives that go beyond traditional events, demonstrating creativity in attracting top talent
