We are seeking a dynamic Middle IT Recruiter to join our remote team and manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled recruiter with a solid history of identifying and securing high-caliber talent in IT and software development.

Responsibilities
- Analyze job and project requirements to identify and attract appropriate candidates for various positions
- Utilize job boards and social media platforms to promote vacancies and engage with a diverse pool of candidates
- Screen applications to determine candidate compatibility with job requirements
- Perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company culture
- Offer informed recommendations to aid in the hiring and decision-making processes
- Keep detailed records of candidate evaluations, feedback, and communications
- Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

- At least 2 years of direct experience in IT recruitment, with a proven ability to attract top IT professionals
- Comprehensive knowledge of key IT technologies, including Java, Front-End, DevOps, .NET, and testing
- Skilled in using Boolean and X-ray search techniques to effectively identify and engage candidates
- Proficient in utilizing unconventional candidate search platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Kaggle, and various chat groups like Telegram and Slack
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Committed to achieving and surpassing recruitment KPIs in a results-oriented environment
- Experienced in using advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Data-driven recruitment approach, utilizing analytics to improve and optimize hiring practices
- Capable of managing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills for effective interaction and collaboration
- Familiarity with additional programming languages or technology stacks
- Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to improve candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Previous experience conducting technical assessments and coding challenges to gauge candidates' technical capabilities
