We are on the search for a proactive Middle IT Recruiter to join our remote team, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from initiation to completion. This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has a strong track record in identifying and recruiting top talent in the IT and software development sectors.

Responsibilities
- Interpret job and project requirements to source and attract the right candidates for a range of roles
- Leverage job boards and social media channels to promote openings and engage with a diverse pool of applicants
- Assess applications to determine candidate suitability based on job specifications
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and fit with the company culture
- Provide thoughtful recommendations to support the decision-making and hiring processes
- Maintain comprehensive records of candidate evaluations, feedback, and communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with demonstrated success in recruiting top IT talent
- Extensive knowledge of critical IT technologies, including Java, Front-End, DevOps, .NET, and testing
- Proficient in using Boolean and X-ray search techniques for effective candidate identification and engagement
- Skilled in using non-traditional candidate search platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Kaggle, and various chat groups like Telegram and Slack
- A proven history of establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Dedicated to meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs in a performance-oriented environment
- Experienced in utilizing advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
- A data-driven approach to recruitment, utilizing analytics to enhance and optimize hiring practices
- Capable of managing the entire recruitment cycle, from gathering initial requirements to facilitating candidate onboarding
- Strong English communication skills, with at least a B2 level proficiency, for effective collaboration and interaction
- Familiarity with additional programming languages or technological stacks
- Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Previous experience in conducting technical assessments and coding tests to assess candidates' technical skills
