Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the SharePoint development team, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- Perform hands-on SharePoint development, including coding, debugging, and testing to build robust and scalable solutions
- Plan and manage project schedules, release cycles, and resource allocation for successful project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement solutions
- Oversee release planning, including deployment coordination and risk management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards in all project phases
- Provide mentorship to team members, fostering skill development, collaboration, and accountability
- Stay informed about emerging SharePoint technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance solutions and processes
- Proven experience in SharePoint development, with a minimum of 5+ years in a hands-on development role
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Understanding of release planning, stakeholder management, and resource allocation
- Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking for technical challenges
- Proficiency in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Showcase of successful project management in dynamic and high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate new tools into current practices
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
