We are currently seeking a highly capable Lead Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the adoption of MS Teams, as well as a strong familiarity with Slack. Given our client's longstanding reliance on Slack for communications, transitioning to the relatively new platform of MS Teams presents unique challenges for many team members.

Responsibilities
- Direct the migration process from Slack to MS Teams
- Provide specialized advice on migration strategy and execution
- Create bespoke migration plans to meet the specific needs of the client
- Address and resolve any user concerns or difficulties during the transition to MS Teams
- Commit to working within the EST time zone to support the main user base
- Establish and maintain MS Teams best practices throughout the organization
- Coach and assist users in becoming proficient with MS Teams
- Monitor and evaluate the usage and impact of MS Teams
- Work closely with IT departments to ensure a smooth integration of MS Teams with the company's existing systems

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer with a focus on MS Teams
- Minimum of one year in a leadership or team management role
- Thorough understanding of Slack's functionalities and integration capabilities
- Skilled in the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps
- Deep expertise in the setup, migration, and administration of MS Teams
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and end-users
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency
- Experience with other communication and collaboration platforms in addition to Slack and MS Teams
- Microsoft 365 related certifications
