We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Lead Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team. The perfect candidate will have significant experience in leading the switch to MS Teams, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of Slack. Traditionally, our client has depended on Slack for their communication needs, making the shift to MS Teams somewhat challenging for many of their team members.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead the transition initiatives from Slack to MS Teams
- Provide specialized guidance on the migration strategy and data migration
- Craft customized migration plans to meet the specific needs of the client
- Resolve any reservations or issues users may have about transitioning to MS Teams
- Ensure readiness to work within the EST time zone to support the core user group
- Establish and maintain MS Teams best practices throughout the organization
- Train and aid users in becoming proficient with MS Teams
- Track and assess the usage and performance of MS Teams
- Partner with IT departments to facilitate a smooth integration of MS Teams with other organizational systems

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer with a specialization in MS Teams
- At least one year of experience in leadership and team management
- In-depth understanding of Slack's functionalities and integration capabilities
- Skilled in the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps
- Detailed knowledge of setting up, migrating, and managing MS Teams
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with stakeholders and users
- Proficiency in English, at a B2 level or higher
- Familiarity with additional communication and collaboration platforms other than Slack and MS Teams
- Certifications relevant to Microsoft 365
