We are searching for an accomplished Lead Microsoft 365 Engineer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in orchestrating the transition to MS Teams, along with a robust knowledge of Slack. Our client has predominantly utilized Slack for communication, which poses a set of challenges as they transition to MS Teams, a platform unfamiliar to many of their employees.

Responsibilities
- Lead the migration initiatives from Slack to MS Teams
- Offer expert guidance on both the strategy and execution of data migration
- Develop migration plans that are tailored to meet the client's unique requirements
- Address and alleviate any concerns or issues users may encounter during the transition to MS Teams
- Be prepared to work within the EST time zone to accommodate the primary user group
- Develop and sustain best practices for MS Teams across the organization
- Educate and support users in mastering MS Teams
- Monitor and analyze the usage and effectiveness of MS Teams
- Collaborate with IT departments to ensure seamless integration of MS Teams with existing corporate systems

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent direct experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer specializing in MS Teams
- At least one year of leadership and team management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Slack's features and its potential for integration
- Proficient in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 Apps
- Extensive experience in configuring, migrating, and administrating MS Teams
- Superior communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and users
- Fluent in English, with at least a B2 level proficiency
- Experience with other communication and collaboration tools besides Slack and MS Teams
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365
