Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Business Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Balmain Beauty Ambassadors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Alongside the Retail Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the smooth running of the counter and ensure all of your team are aligned to the Balmain Beauty vision. The Business Manager role also requires you to coach and inspire your team, ensuring development and allowing them to exceed their KPIs, as well as your own.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the Balmain beauty experience, providing personalised assistance and a luxury customer service while conveying Balmain beauty values to everyone.
- Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, fostering client loyalty and confidence while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Be an expert on all product information to guide customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transactions and assist both on and off the sales floor while adhering to Balmain lux service standards and hygiene.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
- Capture customer details for CRM purposes, maintaining relationships and ensuring after-sales follow up.
- Stay updated on beauty and fragrance trends, product knowledge, and brand information through on-going training and self-directed learning.
- Manage growth of your personal Balmain Beauty business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.
- Always present a proper Balmain Beauty image and look, upholding the brand's standards of presentation and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast paced retail environment
- Experience setting and exceeding sales, KPI and customer service targets,
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in store events
- Strong passion for all things beauty related, especially fragrance and make-up. .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide inspirational and authentic customer service .
- Detail-orientated with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
