POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Executive Director, Global Creative will lead campaign concepting, photoshoots, and execution. The individual will develop and distribute assets (video, imagery etc.) on a global basis and work closely with local markets to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to. The candidate should be a thoughtful leader and is expected to contribute new and innovative ideas and technologies on a consistent basis to the group.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Creative Direction for in-house global 360 campaigns.
• Follow-through from concept, to shoot, to execution of global 360 campaigns.
• Support with concepting, prepare shoot briefs, attend shoots (globally), and follow through with post-production.

• Work across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
• Create assets during Tom Ford fashion show 2x year as well as other various press events.
• Full in-house development of the creative for global campaigns
• Propose teams to collaborate with (photographer, director, styling, hair, makeup).
• Propose talent for campaigns (models + celebrities).
• Edit and approve photos from brand events.
• Manage a small team of designers and freelancers to support campaign development and execution.
• Present creative to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver a creative that follows the brief.
• Work with agency partners to delegate work for special projects.
• Partner with regions to help develop localized creative.
• Co-leads the development of digital style guidelines and visual standards.
• Direct asset guidelines across all touch points (digital, print, OOH, instore) for all regions (NOAM, UK, EMEA, LATAM, TR, China, APAC).
• Understand brand DNA and convey, this appropriately online.
• Provide design strategy and feedback to global markets on local programs for digital, instore, PR events, and OOH campaigns.
• Develop and/or manage the agency responsible for producing assets (banners, microsites, Facebook widgets, mobile concepts etc.) for global digital marketing programs.
• Lead the integration of assets across a myriad of platforms (e.g. our .com site, social media sites, retailer.com sites and finally with publishers).
• Deliver scalable creative solutions that drive results.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate should have 10+ years of experience with strong background and proven record in current concepting arena.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a concentration in the fashion industry.
• Deep understanding of the luxury space.
• Knowledgeable of photographers / directors / stylists / across still life, beauty, fashion.
• Agency or Brand Experience required.
• Innovative-Willingness to experiment with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems. Ability to source new vendors, technology, and platforms.
• Needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment, oversee multiple projects, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
• Strong communication -Clearly communicates expectations. Can relate to a range of people spanning business to creative to technical discipline.
• Strong leadership skills.
• B.A. Degree in Design or comparable required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
