TOM FORD BEAUTY is seeking a social media professional to work within the Global Social Media team to support, optimize and grow our social media properties. With a core focus on social calendarization and analytics, this role is part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that relies on strong cross-functional relationships, keen brand awareness and cultural awareness. The Executive Director will oversee TOM FORD BEAUTY and TOM FORD Fashion social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy for and provide analytics on the TOM FORD BEAUTY Global and APAC social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, Kakao Talk, Douyin, Youku, Little Red Book, Line) - including scheduling, posting, and reporting on said channels.

• Oversee Social Media Content Calendars for global cross functional team alignment and timely execution.
• Drive partnership with Creative and International teams to ensure accurate and timely availability of assets.
• Oversee all social copy needs and regional approvals.
• Oversee community management response team and direct to cross functional/regional representatives for problem solving as needed.
• Lead monthly alignment and bi-weekly meetings with fashion house on social and copy content/calendarization and present programs that align the team with the brand vision.
• Gain support from Global and Regional Consumer Marketing teams on paid social executions/synergies.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Communications/Events teams on earned synergies, including editorial/UGC sourcing and citizenship strategy.
• Support Global Education with social media activations for specialist's programs.
• Help manage regional teams and support regional requests for projects including key event amplification on global social channels.
• Work with VP to ensure metrics are put into place for all initiatives and programs.
• Work with VP to develop talent and capabilities around the world and help the local teams reach their highest level of contribution.
• Identify and optimize content trends, types, platforms and technologies through competitive analysis and research.
• Present social media performance and competitive findings in relevant meetings and roundtables.
• Support a variety of initiatives for cross functional teams to ensure the global brand is supplying tools to meet all global and local business needs.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years' experience, ideally Global experience in a luxury, beauty, or corporate environment.
• Excellent written and communications skills are paramount.
• Solid organizational skills, visual skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to appreciate other cultures, and an understanding of the cosmetic industry, fashion trends and pop culture.
• An understanding of fashion and beauty trends and new technology a plus, as is international experience and foreign language capability.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
