What you'll do:
The General Manager -Sales & Marketing, Mobility India will be responsible for OEM Sales + Aftermarket Sales + Marketing + Service Delivery + Service Operations and drive the revenue and margin objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management & Customer Relationship Management: Be a trusted advisor to key functional heads of OEMS & OES (Purchase, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Service and other important stakeholders) Trade OEM Sales (VG, eMob and Power Connections)
- Channel Management: Maximize aftermarket business through robust distribution network backed with strong pricing policies and schemes.
- Business Development: Create strong pipeline for business through our customers/ drive wins and lay foundation for future revenues by promoting solutions with larger set of OEMS.
- Sales Strategy & Product Strategy: Have deep insights on market behavior and use the insights to develop sales strategies and product strategies.
- Marketing and Communication: Create awareness about Eaton solutions & strengths with important stakeholders and userbase through appropriate marketing and communication engine; continuously thrive to create brand recognition for the company.
- Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction: Thrive for high customer satisfaction through strong service delivery model and improved response time.
- Improve stronghold for Eaton's solution in areas of eMobility and alternate propulsion.
- Have strong rigor on sales operations to ensure impeccable forecasting and meeting customer expectations on deliveries, escalations and service support.
- Account Receivable management to keep DSO under targeted number of days and thus contribute towards working capital of the organization.
- Team Development & Grooming: Hiring, Developing, Nurturing, grooming and motivating team to deliver results and promote growth culture.
- Pricing - Commodity and inflation recovery. Base price correction in some cases as required.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR and SCM functions to drive results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Partnering with global product functions and contribute towards product strategies and sales strategies for India.
- Have strong learning agility and mental agility.
Qualifications:
- BE + MBA
- Minimum 20 years of knowledge in Automotive Components with strength in Passenger Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles (Internal Combustion Engine)
- Knowledge on Electrification components for automotive and alternate propulsion
- Knowledge in Aftermarket Sales Power Distribution, automation products & solutions, Competitor knowledge & market trends
- Strategic Mindset, Leadership Skills, Strong Customer Relationship, People management
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Strong communications skills with ability to hold large audience.
- Exceptional ability in marketing (BTB)
- Knowledge on Service Delivery
