This position is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of key productivity and interaction solutions for the enterprise. Manages implementation as well as the support of communications and collaboration technologies and solutions.

Position Compensation Range:
$109,000.00 - $186,000.00

Pay Rate Type:
Salary

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Leads enterprise service management capabilities for the enterprise, including Process and Governance, change, problem, knowledge and request management processes.
  • Directs, through research, business requirements, innovation and proposals, the technology solutions procured by the corporation.
  • Directs the architectural design, development and enhancement of technology infrastructure. Makes strategic decisions regarding the life cycles of these systems and platforms.
  • Develops service definitions and maps existing systems and devices to those service levels.
  • Delivers technology solutions for security, regulatory and legal compliance associated with the major functions of the domain.
  • Oversees the development of functional requirements; this includes the creation of charters and other project control documents.
  • Reviews schedules, approach, and implementation of technology requirements to manage technology lifecycles.
  • Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Works with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
  • Leads with influence and expertise. Actively contributes to division or department leadership team. Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
  • Demonstrated experience in architecture design, development and maintaining communications and collaboration technologies in an environment supporting 20,000+ users across 3,000+ locations.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding with electronic mail, social networking and collaboration, office productivity solutions, electronic conferencing solutions, and enterprise fax solutions. A
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the security, privacy, business and regulatory requirements associated with communications and collaboration technologies and solutions.

Preferred Certifications but not required.
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification
  • Certified Service Manager (CSM)
  • ISO/IEC 20000 Certification
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
