Enterprise Account Executive job at AB Tasty

Enterprise Account Executive
“I love the different skill sets and perspectives our global colleagues bring to the table.”
-Ken

What attracted you to work at your company? How did you know it would be a good fit?

A friend working here is what put AB Tasty on my radar. The timing was off when he initially reached out about the role, but we were luckily able to revisit a few months later. I trust this friend’s judgment and after further conversations with the rest of the team, knew I had found a home. We’re essentially a startup in the US backed by an established, well-funded global company with a thousand customers including recognizable brands in the high-end luxury retail space—there’s a ton of opportunity!

What are you responsible for in your current role?

Hitting quota is my primary responsibility.

What are you working on right now that excites or inspires you?

It’s awesome working with household brands—U-Haul recently signed as our newest customer for example—but right now I’m most excited about a prospect I’ve never heard of before, Crunchyroll. Not only is this AB Tasty's first seven-figure opportunity, but it’s the first of my sales career. A deal like this involves constant collaboration and over-communication, both internally and externally. It’s fun, challenging, and stressful—I wouldn’t have it any other way!

What do you value most about your company’s or team’s culture? What sets it apart from other places you’ve worked?

I’m fortunate in the sense this is the second European company I’ve worked for. I love the different skill sets and perspectives our global colleagues bring to the table.

What’s one thing you would want a candidate to know about what it’s like to work at your company?

We no longer do this, and I hope one day we’re in a position to bring this back, but employee onboarding in Paris was amazing. Ten of us from different departments and countries were in a room, brainstorming and training together for a week. It was incredibly energizing.

How does working at this company allow you to have a work-life balance?

Four day work weeks last summer were a hit. I’m also a big fan of having an office to go into a few days a week, while having the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
