Brand Associate


We seek a Brand Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team in our Chicago, IL office. This role will support the execution of our global brand strategy and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, maintaining brand integrity, and managing key projects and processes. You will play an integral role in enhancing the company's reach and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold brand excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the planning, execution, and management of global brand campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of creative assets
  • Coordinate and traffic creative assets to the ad agency, managing timelines and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Serve as the project manager for the brand team, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining and implementing brand guidelines in external assets across the firm
  • Lead owned property management to maintain up-to-date assets and communication, enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels
  • Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots to build the asset library
  • Write, review and proofread materials to maintain brand consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output across all platforms
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform additional brand-related tasks and administrative duties as needed to support the team

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of creative assets
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Enthusiastic about branding, creative storytelling, and maintaining brand integrity across global initiatives
