We are seeking a highly skilled Global Head of Benefits to lead and manage our comprehensive benefits and leaves programs. This leadership role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering employee benefits and absence programs that support the overall well-being of our workforce. The Global Head of Benefits will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across PX, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure our offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of global time off, leave, and accommodations programs.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute the benefits strategy that aligns with the company's values and objectives, ensuring offerings remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits providers and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, timely compliance, and cost-efficiency. Lead the evaluation and selection of new vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and legal requirements, ensuring all benefit programs comply with relevant laws, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and other federal and state regulations.
  • Develop and manage the benefits budget, regularly analyzing costs and exploring opportunities to optimize spending without compromising quality. Provide data-driven recommendations for cost-effective adjustments.
  • Oversee the creation of clear and engaging communications regarding benefits offerings, changes, and enrollment processes. Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead the open enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience for employees. This includes preparing materials, conducting information sessions, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Utilize benefits data to track utilization, assess program effectiveness, and provide insights to senior management on trends, potential risks, and areas of improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of benefits and leaves professionals, providing guidance, training, and development to ensure high performance and professional growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in global employee benefits and leaves management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Proven experience in vendor management, benefits design, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$150,800.00

Maximum:
$329,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
