We are searching for a Planning Coordinator in our Polish office.

Responsibilities include:

Promotes the World Wide Technology Core Values and Corporate Goals
Supply Chain and Inventory management:
Coordinates internal requisitions to transfer materials between WWT locations.
Completes Scrap Authorization Request Forms.

Coordinates and communicates with Suppliers, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse and Site Coordinator personnel to ensure
customer requirements are met.
Assists in the timely disposition of non-conformances with procurement and/or order management.
Assists in creation of customer reporting.
Research and resolution of Inventory issues.
Delivers Operational Excellence through:
Execution to KPI's designated for program and customer measurements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in current and future business opportunities.
Drives resolutions of invoices discrepancies and receipt non conformances.
Provides internal and external collaboration:
Support the ongoing collaborative relationship with the logistics team, supplier management, material operations, quality
Generates business metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to Material Planning.
Communicate to internal resources on material status and risk

Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication
Persistent and determined in the face of adversity
Effectively manages their time to deliver work efficiently
Actively seeks feedback so that they may adapt and improve themselves or their approach
Basic ability to arrange and retrieve data, knowledge, and ideas through utilization of math skills, organization of
information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate through all levels of organization
This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done
and deliver customer delight
The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through
successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands
Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times, and
there may also be opportunities for limited domestic/international travel (less than 10%)
This role will be expected to work in an open-office environment with desk sharing/hoteling practices
