- Be part of design teams, not a separate discipline - be up for helping shape the objectives of a project, and giving your informed advice on design decisions
- Design interesting methods to tackle everything from proposition innovation and audience insights, to brand design testing and experience tracking
- Draw on a range of disciplines to solve interesting challenges for clients, whether that's anthropology, psychology, industrial design, political theory - or anything that's relevant!
- Produce user flows, wireframes, design prototypes, storyboards, scenarios, and support implementation and testing
- Design and prototype interfaces for mobile, web, embedded devices and more, and translate them into state-of-the-art visual design.
We would like you to be...
- A skilled designer with relevant education or professional experience in UX or a related field
- Have experience in developing strategic recommendations for projects like customer strategy, proposition development, product/service design, marketing
- Aware of accessibility standards and best practices, and with an interest in inclusive design and sustainability
- Curious and eager to experiment with new technology and trends (AI, mixed reality, etc.)
- A creative problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary and the drive to bring them to life.
- A great communicator, able to visualise concepts and create a shared understanding across diverse teams, mindful of the impact you have on others.
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who fundamentally believes that we're better together and enjoy sharing your skills and interests with your team.
- Collaborative, supportive and humble, curious to hear different perspectives and open to change your mind and unlearn.
- Living in Israel and able to fluently speak, write and read Hebrew and English.
