Role Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager in our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the creation of our new Operations Data Platform. You will lead this initiative by defining clear objectives, developing roadmaps, assessing complexities and risks, and collaborating with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed.

What you'll be doing:

Design, develop, build, and implement the new Operations Data Platform

Organize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussions

Support the engineering teams in estimating and prioritizing tasks to maintain a realistic schedule

Lead multiple data onboarding projects and reporting initiatives concurrently

Identify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business owners

Own the requirements & development of business use cases for the new platform

Set expectations with partners, steering committee, and team members regularly, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on project scope

Interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels as part of keeping the project on track

Provide regular communications to leadership team and Ops stakeholders to set and manage expectations

Participate in data governance activities and framework development to ensure best data practices are met

What we need to see:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

8+ years of relevant experience

Ability to work on multiple projects effectively with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment

Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skills

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Lucidchart

Nice to have previous experience in data governance model development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $75,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
