About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Commercial Banking Risk Strategy, Planning and Governance team.
In this role, you will:
- Gather materials for regulators and governance committees, as well as document reviews and approvals
- Coordinate Independent Risk Management review and challenge of the New Business Initiative program and Issues Management for Commercial Banking
- Manage real estate requests and solutions for Commercial Banking Risk
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- This role will help in managing dashboards for the Specialized Industries GSCO

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience working within Commercial Banking, Commercial Banking Risk, and/or Commercial Banking Control Management
- Knowledge of risk programs
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities, tasks, and complex projects while meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- Ability to work independently as well as be an engaged and contributing team member
- Proactive and organized with demonstrated success in recognizing and understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
