About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) Planning and Transformation team. This consultant will play a critical role in leading governance activities in support of GPL's overall strategic priorities. We are seeking someone who is passionate about leading governance activities while identifying transformational process improvement opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead governance processes, while supporting transformation initiatives and other cross-GPL strategic efforts to advance business priorities
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Work independently to make recommendations on process improvements by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Prior experience leading large scale governance initiatives with a cross-functional stakeholder group
- Prior knowledge or experience in Commercial or Investment Banking, Treasury businesses or experience working with Sales partners
- Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and storytelling
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information from a broad set of stakeholders
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to think end-to-end
- Takes initiative, has high accountability, and independently tracks/meets deadlines
- Project management skills with ability to drive timely outcomes
