About this role:

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will apply your strategic, risk management and data analysis skills to solve complex business problems to ultimately improve operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and the customer experience. As part of the Auto Funding Support team, you will be working within a collaborative setting that values your perspective, motivates you to find solutions to complex problems, fosters ongoing learning, and rewards innovative contributions.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead support functions or operations for the retail auto funding group and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate new-hire training as well as ongoing training development and delivery
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to provide business and subject matter expertise for curriculum-based learning
  • Work directly with the business on executing corrective action plans, identifying areas of risk with opportunity gaps in policies or procedures and leading them through to resolution
  • Provide SME support and consulting on any new or ongoing projects related to the funding process
  • Complete data analysis by reviewing deal-level data to check for understanding of procedural changes or controls and provide feedback to Funding leaders for coaching in the moment
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders at all levels, creating presentations with data analysis, insightful conclusions and recommendations for improved risk mitigation and/or operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Knowledge and understanding of Auto funding procedures
  • Consultative business data analysis experience
  • Strong presentation skills - in both written and verbal formats
  • Experience gathering data, materials, content, and talking points for meetings or materials deliverables
  • Risk and regulatory compliance experience
  • Strong experience with strategic planning and execution
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
