About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Business Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting or equivalent
Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels. - Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.
- Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives.
- Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders.
- Leads by example with transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Superior business consulting and relationship management skills.

- Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
- Strong MIS reporting skills, FP&A skills preferable
- Proven change management & process improvement experience
- Excellent written, verbal & inter-personnel communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) skills, Power BI, VBA, Tableau
- Familiarity with project management & governance would be an added advantage

- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Provide high-quality end-to-end reporting & analytical delivery
- Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes
- Organize a smooth delivery process of KPI-relevant parameters (definition, current measured values, goals, comments, etc.) as the basis for the creation of monthly management scorecards.
- Closely track the headcount movements and provide updates to the management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating the current business processes to avoid manual intervention
- Be responsible for handling business queries
- Need to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions
- Need to execute in a fast-paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Timely respond to ad-hoc queries from senior management
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
