About this role:
Primary partner facing finance manager supporting executive leaders in the Enterprise Operations Division.
In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with executive leaders in Enterprise Operations leadership team to help them make informed financial decisions.
- Manage a team of 3-4 analysts to create budgets, forecasts, perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, close the books at month-end, share financial updates with leaders, and provide other reporting to enable the leaders to manage the financial aspects of their business.
- Track financials for projects and ensure budget are followed and variances are understood
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
- Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
- Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting
- Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

- 4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- In depth knowledge of P&L line items and their business drivers, financial planning & analysis, building bottoms up budget
- Strong analytical skills creating insights from data
- Advanced Excel & business modeling skills
- Strong track record of business partnership
- Strong capabilities for developing and presenting analyses and insights to senior management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in developing scalable processes
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
