About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Process Engineer - Process Mining.
In this role, you will:
- Lead group initiatives that encompass research and future state requiring application of specialized knowledge or skills critical to the redesign efforts
- Ensure effective relationships among the design teams and partners
- Develop root cause research and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates
- Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods
- Ensure development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunities
- Ensure appropriate application of cultural focus, tools, and statistical approach
- Coach multiple redesign teams
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives

- 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Use automated process discovery tools like process mining, task mining to identify opportunities of improvements, process streamlining and automation
- Drive implementation of process mining technology, and translate the business goals into technical requirements
- Build and maintain data models and dashboards for analysis
- Develop reusable assets like algorithms, dashboards for processes
- Responsible for Integration, ETL Operations, Analytics and Action Flow build from various sources as well as support its post-production tasks and data functionality
- Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, research, compiles information, tests and evaluates process and workflow data as directed
- Apply practical knowledge and utilizes intermediate process engineering tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) techniques that can be used to enhance processes for teams, departments and business units identified as inefficient or costly.
- 13+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2-3 years of experience with understanding of process mining
- Certified experience as process mining architect, deployment and discovery using any process mining tools
- Hands-on experience of identifying value opportunities using process mining tool, such as Celonis, UiPath and so on
- Knowledge of real time business cases in Process Mining. Possess knowledge over the Process Query Language (PQL) to build front end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIs.
- Should have sound knowledge in Action Flows and Skills and have ability to perform validation over back end and front-end findings
- Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modeling, process discovery and analysis, insight generation
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix.
- Experience with automation solutions, lean six sigma, data analytics will be a plus
- Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points
