About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop the team of Decisioning architects that are responsible for CEE Decisioning configuration changes. Oversees the team structure & organization, with the right roles/responsibilities for maximum efficiency
  • Establish implementation/design best practices for the entire team in strategy and configuration development
  • Ensure that the team, provides necessary stakeholder support for production capabilities (triage, simulation etc)-and supporting complex triages and stakeholder communications on issues accordingly
  • Govern the various design/product dependencies between the five workstreams - Ops Manager, CEE tech, CEE decisioning, CEE Data science & DCS. Serve as the product design authority for changes spanning across CEE workstreams or other external systems.
  • Own the discovery efforts for major CEE initiatives, and provides analysis of designs for implementation.
  • Own the future roadmap of the Decision product, and enhancements that drive business value-and providing business cases for feature delivery. Partner with the technology team and Enterprise architect on complex design for integrations across teams and within CEE Channels.
  • Takes responsibility for Non-functional and operational team KPIs
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with and consult with the team and multiple level managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of strategies within a business line or functional area-inclusive production support and triage
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Overall 15+ years of experience in Product or Project Management
  • 10+ years of expertise in Pegasystems Customer Decision Hub product
  • Financial services industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering transformative change
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices for product management
  • 10+ years of people management experience
  • Strong people leader with proven experience building, leading, and engaging high-performing, diverse global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization, developing partnerships across lines of business and functional areas
  • Demonstrated product roadmap development and evolution competencies
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
