About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of individuals for Digital Product Management job family, Product Owners, Product Analyst, Delivery Coordinator etc.
- Manage and develop teams of individual contributors to enhance business management decisions and execute on key initiatives and processes
- Consultation, direction and oversight to technology and Scrum team partners to ensure standards and critical path deliverables are met to support the Marketing applications
- Interaction with Agile teams across the program mitigate risks involved with implementing large amount of change at the same time
- Identification and assistance in the resolution of cross project interdependencies and issues
- Guide the team to think beyond regular deliverables, create more value-added work for partners and showcase capabilities via POCs, Value Stories and other similar platforms.
- Interact directly with Internal customers
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders

- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 15+ years of leadership experience that includes progressively increased responsibilities
- 12+ years of Product Management experience
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices for product management
- Strong people leader with proven experience building, leading, and engaging high-performing, diverse global teams
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Marketing Technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Aprimo etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization, developing partnerships across lines of business and functional areas
- Demonstrated product roadmap development and evolution competencies
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to partner with Technology to define and deliver solutions
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
