About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop team of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding prioritizatin, content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures
- Collaborate with and consult with the team and multiple level managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

- 10+ years of digital product management experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher. MBA preferred but not required
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or service
- Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product
- Experience leading major online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches
- Strong relationship development skills
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all level of team members
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
