The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking an experienced individual to join its AI Solution Delivery team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes within the Corporate and Investment Banking division. This role will focus on understanding the current state, defining the target state, and designing future state processes. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-infused solutions to drive innovation and efficiency and improve client experience. This is a Hybrid work schedule with some in-office expectation. In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current state processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the target state and develop a roadmap for achieving
- Design and implement future state processes that align with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Integrate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance process automation and decision-making
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process engineering and AI applications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Corporate & Investment Banking
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience using IBM Blueworks and/or iGrafx
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to execute transformation projects and drive initiatives to completion

Pay Ranges:
Charlotte, NC: $96,600 - $171,800
New York, NY: $115,900 - $206,100

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
