The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking an experienced individual to join the GenAI Product team. This role will report to the GenAI Product Leader and work closely with enterprise GenAI Product teams, CIB Technology and key stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Support the CIB GenAI Council pipeline, process, prioritization, canvas, business case, working with enterprise GenAI partners and across CIB
- Collaborate with tech partners including Google, Microsoft and, CIB, CB, Enterprise internal tech/data teams
- Effectively work across complex lines of business with multiple stakeholders
- Create updates for senior stakeholders
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Markets experience, and ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- Industry experience in AI/GenAI from idea generation to implementation
- Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
- Experience working with Google and Microsoft
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of latest trends in AI/GenAI and building proof of concept using new solutions

Pay Ranges:
Charlotte, NC: $96,600 - $171,800
New York, NY: $115,900 - $206,100

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
