The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join its business management team. This role will support the CIB Innovation Business Manager in support of daily operations and governance. This is a Hybrid work schedule with some in-office expectation. In this role, you will:
- Lead new governance forums and create decisioning framework for Innovation
- Support coordination of strategic activities across the Innovation organization and key stakeholders including businesses, COOs, enterprise partners
- Identify areas for improvements to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
- Support the development and management of the CIB AI/GenAI Innovation risk and governance framework, in alignment with enterprise requirements
- Produce business communications, executive level presentations, and various administrative functions including leadership offsites
- Support chief of staff activities for Head of Innovation including hiring strategy, investment planning and innovation strategy
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in a Strategy, Chief of Staff, COO or Business Management roles within Corporate & Investment Banking
- Experience creating new functions and frameworks in a "startup" environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional, business and enterprise teams on strategic business strategies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas simply and clearly
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve goals in a deadline driven, dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Understanding of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to thinking
- Ability to navigate and work effectively within a large, highly matrixed, global banking organization
- High energy with a passion for innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnership models
