About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Technology Implementation: Engages with business partners and stakeholder to identify the requirements from a reconciliation standpoint, analyze and assess current state with the goal of designing and planning the implementation of the new or enhance existing platform for a function or team, which should result in bringing significant value to Wells Fargo, and its customers and should reduce risk.
  • Governance: Establish a sustainable governance model that enables process owners to regularly monitor and measure various activities. Perform assessments through data driven metrics and creative approaches to solve complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency: Engage with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize inefficient business/operational processes with the goal of driving measurable improvements to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strategy: Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement. Work closely with Process Owners / sponsors to articulate the product vision, scope definition, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes.
  • Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and expertise to project teams on implementing innovative and significant business solutions using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, technology implementation, Program / Project management, Business Analysis, and strong understanding of implementing transformation programs in Wholesale space (CB, CIB and WIM)
  • Sound knowledge and background of operational processes in a financial services context and good understanding of reconciliation tools
  • Strong understanding of Operational and other associated risk, successful performance in a risk-based environment with a proven track record of risk reduction
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Experience of change management large scale transformation in a complex organizational Collaborate across teams and with peers to ensure effective business process support
  • Partner closely with technology partners and business leaders throughout the development of Workflow management tool
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, design sessions and gather requirements from LoB SMEs, Senior leadership
  • Experience working in AGILE methodology and SCRUM process (sprint planning, product backlog refinement, retrospectives etc.), with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, familiar with tool like JIRA and Confluence
  • Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior management & stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with analyst and executives
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Ability to prepare reports, governance documents, metrics and presentation materials for various levels of leadership
  • Experience with Low Code / No Code build out, additional experience including reconciliations, workflow, and OCR preferred using tools like XCEPTOR, DART, INTELLIMATCH, ALTRYX, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • PMP / CBAP, Design Thinking and Lean certification will be an added advantage
