Your New Role...

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the Production Producer is responsible for the production management of on air, digital and 360 creative projects assigned to them that supports the growth of business priorities and special projects, especially those related to Benelux Local Productions. As a key team player, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Production Manager, Senior Director of Production & Operations, Creative Director, Creative Managers, Marketing, Media Planning, and other stakeholder teams to ensure all projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in managing resources, time, and finances will be crucial to success.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Oversee end-to-end production of campaigns, including new projects and reversions assigned by the Senior Production Manager.
  • Manage voice over and audio bookings, budgets, and shoot preparations when required.
  • Direct the delivery of reversions, including editing scripts, directing voice overs, and making music changes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of on-air/digital projects, managing production, resources, costing, and purchase orders.
  • Archive projects and manage asset sharing to maximise opportunities.
  • Maintain and update Monday boards/asset trackers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with EMEA on-air teams and the Media Planning team to align production plans and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and reconcile monthly budgets for re-forecasting and addressing over/under spends.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Proven experience in On Air Production, Digital, or a broadcast environment.
  • Genuine interest in TV production.
  • Excellent brand awareness, understanding of the creative process, and ability to align production with creative restrictions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with foreign languages/digital formats.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances and evolving project requirements.
  • Knowledge of edit based software such as Avid, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut is desirable but not essential.
